Return Policy

Most of our items are personalised specifically for you, therefore refunds will not be given on personalised items. However, if there is an issue with your order please contact us in writing within 7 days of delivery. If the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with the personalisation we will replace the item or refund if the item is unavailable.

Please take note of our current dispatch timescale which is displayed at the top of the home page. Orders will not be refunded due to turnaround. 

Cancellation of Order

 

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within 7 days – starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a ‘cooling off’ period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.  This does not apply to personalised items or food gifts. If you wish to cancel the contract, you need to give us notice in writing within 7 days from the day of delivery. Please send an email to wishesanddesign@icloud.com

 

After cancelling the contract, you have a legal duty of care to take care of the goods. They must be returned at your expense.

Please wait for an e-mail confirmation as to where to return your goods to. If the goods are returned to us within 14 days from the date of Wishes & Design e-mail confirmation, in perfect unused condition with the original packaging then a refund of the costs of goods but not delivery will be issued.

If it is more convenient to us, we will arrange collection by our couriers; any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund.

 

We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
