Igloo Dome Hire

 

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE IGLOO?

To set up the igloo we require a flat surface of at least 4 m x 4 m. We can set up on grass, a patio, decking or gravel as long as the space is flat and clear from overhanging trees.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE GARDEN FOR THE IGLOO TO BE SET UP IN.

We will also need access to a plug and somewhere to park our vehicle. If you would like us to take a look at your available space then you can send us a picture or video.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU FIT IN THE IGLOO DOME?

All of our igloo settings are perfect for up 8 people. However, if requested they can seat up to 10 people for in-formal set ups.

HOW LONG DOES SET UP TAKE?
This varies depending on the set up chosen, but on average it takes 1.5 to 2 hours. Please allow roughly 2 hours as a guide.

HOW LONG IS THE HIRE FOR?

The igloo prices are for a 24 hour hire. We usually set up late morning and collection is 24 hours later the following day. An extra 24 hours can be added  for an additional charge of £70. This has to be arranged prior to the booking date.

 

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

The cost of your hire includes delivery within a 10 mile radius of Barnoldswick, setting up, styling and collection the following day. Travel outside of this is charged at £1 per a mile (to cover the extra each way). Please contact us to find out the cost of delivery.

DOES THE IGLOO HIRE PROVIDE FOOD AND DRINK?

Currently our igloo packages do not include food or drink.

MOVIE IGLOOS

We will set up the projector and screen, but it is the clients responsibility to make sure there is a good internet connection in their outside space. Failure of any internet connection or movie apps will not be the responsibility of Wishes & Design. The projector is not designed to use in daylight hours therefore, visibility of the projector screen can be limited during the day.

DO YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT?

To secure your chosen date a non refundable deposit of £50 for the igloo is required. The deposit is deducted from your total party price. Additionally, a refundable security bond of £50 is also required together with your balance no later than 7 days before hire date. Your security bond of £50 will be returned within 24 hours of collection providing there is no loss of equipment or damage.

 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment by credit or debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING AFTER PAYING THE DEPOSIT?

Yes of course! Changes can be made to your booking up to 2 weeks before your event. If you would like to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible. The cancellation policy can be found in the terms and conditions, which are given to you with the booking form.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you need to cancel your booking we require a minimum of 14 days prior to the booked date. The £50 deposit made to secure your booking is non-refundable. The client will be invoiced a £50 charge for cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to the booked date (this is additional to the deposit). If we arrive and are unable to setup due to insufficient space for the equipment, inappropriate surface types or  areas that are not accessible then the client remains liable for payment of the full booking.

Indoor Teepee Hire

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?
Each teepee requires a 160 cm x 100 cm of space. If you would like us to take a look at your available space then you can send us a picture or video.  

​HOW LONG DOES SET UP TAKE?
This varies depending how many teepee's we have to set up. On average it takes an hour to set up but we will let you know how long it should take beforehand.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
